Here is a short list of changes:

[-] Other: Stream write errors (at least I think so );

[-] VF : Manual VF refresh didn´t worked always;

[-] IMAP : more correct timeout handling on uploading;

[-] Cees : MacOSX theme returned

We need testing of customization, so hope stream write errors will go away and more testers will be able to perform testing.
