Вышел The Bat! 3.0.9.2 Pre-Beta

3.0.9.2 Pre-Beta :-) is now available http://files.nobat.ru/beta3xx/32

It´s an almost-ready Beta, but we cannot call it so because there are few omissions we know about, but we already need your help in finding quirks.

Known issues are:

- Toolbars/menus cannot be edited visually (although you may play with the .DEF files);

- It´s not possible to select character set and active account in the message editor with menu;

- SmartBat and MailDispatcher are not "converted";

- Quick Search is limited in its functionality;

- manual formatting in MicroEd is quirky
