[+] VF subsystem changed for support of cascading VFs;

[+] Refresh VF from popup menu;

[+] Common VFolder name decoration can be changed in Options/Preferences/Global;

[-] Base folder(s) uncheckable;

[-] VFolder refresh message list has some glitches;

[-] String "OK to delete the virtual folder xx?" is not available for translation ;

[-] Manual creation of common folders;

[-] Some minor fixes.
